Seasonal and limited-time drink or dessert flavors are common, so a shop's current menu can differ from what is posted online; checking recent photos or calling ahead helps. Some locations in California are dessert-only with no seating, meant for takeout, while others have cafe-style seating for staying a while. Straws for bubble tea are typically wide to accommodate the toppings, and are provided automatically unless you ask for a regular one. I've been trying various fruit tea, smoothie, and boba shops in the greater Sacramento region and visited Nameless Tea & Coffee on a whim while I was in the area. I ordered the fresh lychee lemon green tea and was incredibly impressed! The main things I'm looking for in a drink are natural tasting flavors, sweetness that isn't overwhelming, and a balanced flavor profile where I can actually taste each component. The fresh lychee lemon green tea hit it out of the park on all points. The 100% sweetness was recommended and that was the perfect level (surprising since I usually find 100% to be way too much). I could actually taste the lychee and the lemon and there were real fruit pieces of both. Just delightful, perhaps the best fruit tea I've had anywhere! I only wish there were some easier parking options, but that's Sacramento for you. The shop is small inside but my drink was made quickly. I see many trips to Nameless Tea & Coffee in my future.

The matcha pistachio with 25% sweetness and almond milk was amazing!!!! Not too sweet, matcha was delicious and it was whisked as well. The drinks here are delicious. I would come back! Thereβs like 6 seats here.

The yummiest matcha! They take their time and do whisk it which I appreciate. It can take about a 5 minute wait or more if you decide to walk in and order the matcha. I prefer to order ahead and pick it up. Whatβs really great is when you take it go like this, they put aluminum foil on the lid to avoid spills! I appreciate the thoughtfulness in that. They also have a chic bag and always thoughtfully package the drinks when I order them for pick-up. (Attached picture after I already messed with the drinks and tore into the bag lol). The Einspanner Matcha is delicious and my go-to drink. The regular matcha latte is just as good if youβre not into the cream top the Einspanner has. I did not personally like the hazelnut matcha because I felt it had a weird aftertaste. As for coffee, the Einspanner coffee is delicious and the better one out of the ones they do offer. Altogether, a solid place for matcha and coffee and my new favorite place!

This is the best boba shop on the grid. First time here and was really impressed. The taro milk tea was perfect, the boba was actually cooked properly unlike many other places (unfortunately). I got two desserts and they were both delicious and the woman helping me gave me an extra dessert for free so I could try it! So kind of her. The shop is small, but there are nice little tables to sit at while you enjoy.

EDIT: I now go here whenever I want a treat. I am still on my coconut coffee latte 50% sugar less ice, which is the best not-too-sweet espresso drink. The creme brulee is also good and the oreo milkshake is killer too as a dessert. Also I have to say the staff is the best. Today the guy must have noticed I had a lot of bags or that I was on my bike--he packed my to-go bag really well with foil on my coffee to keep it from sloshing on my ride home. That is so thoughtful! I didn't even ask, he just went out of his way to be nice. A+ service. I'll keep sending people this way. 1ST VISIT: Incredible. You have to try it. I stopped by for a treat after the gym. The counter staff was extra nice, helping me to choose a drink based off what I like (nothing too sweet, non dairy, strong coffee flavor). If that's also you, get the coconut coffee latte with a double espresso shot (free), coconut milk, 50% sugar and less ice. It is DELICIOUS. I fear this may become a habit.
